Welcome to Pershing Desert Retreat — a private Scottsdale home designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living and a seamless, comfortable stay.

The backyard is the centerpiece. During the day, the pool and seating areas offer a quiet space to unwind, and the private putting green is a nice bonus for golfers heading to TPC Scottsdale. In the evening, the setting shifts—spa lights on, the air cooling, and the fire pit becoming the natural place to gather. The spa is heated to around 101°F year-round, and the outdoor TV makes it easy to settle in for the night without leaving the space.

Inside, the home is clean, open, and functional. The living area is comfortable for gathering, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meals simple, whether you’re cooking or keeping things casual. Fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs are available throughout.

The home is set up for six guests, two in each of the three bedrooms, with two full bathrooms. It can host up to eight, with two more on the sleeper sofa in the living room. It's a good fit for families or small groups, and each bedroom is designed to feel quiet and restful.

Located in a quiet neighborhood near Kierland Commons, you’ll be minutes from Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale, and WestWorld. Old Town Scottsdale is about 15–20 minutes away, with easy access to dining, golf, Spring Training, and day trips like Sedona.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee if you’d like a warmer daytime swim. The spa is always heated and ready to use. EV charging plug available.

This home is best suited for guests seeking a calm, well-maintained environment. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, making it ideal for a relaxed and respectful stay.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

A few things worth knowing before you book, so there are no surprises when you arrive.

Sleeping arrangements. The home is set up for 6: three bedrooms with two guests each (one king, two queens). It can host up to 8, with the extra two sleeping on the sleeper sofa in the living room, a shared open space with no door. For the most comfortable stay, we recommend 6.

Rental Agreement
The primary booking guest is required to review and electronically sign the property’s Rental Agreement through OwnerRez within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.

The Rental Agreement contains additional binding terms governing the reservation, including occupancy and visitors, property use, pool and spa safety, fire pit and grill safety, noise monitoring, EV charging, damage responsibility, assumption of risk, release of liability, indemnification, and other property-specific requirements.

Completion of the Rental Agreement is a condition of the reservation.

Your privacy inside the home. There are no cameras in any living space, and none pointed at the back yard, the pool, or the spa. Those areas are entirely yours.

Security cameras. Five cameras cover the entrances and the garage: the Ring doorbell, one above the garage facing the front of the house, one on each side of the house facing the side gates and pointed away from the back yard, and one built into the garage door opener inside the garage. They are there for security, and they record sound as well as picture. By booking you agree to that recording, and you agree to let anyone else staying or visiting know about it.

Noise monitoring. A Minut sensor on the patio measures decibel levels only. It does not record audio or conversations.

Pool and spa, no fence. The sliding glass doors leading to the pool have auto latch features but there is no gate around the pool or the spa in the back yard. Children must be supervised at all times. Hot tub capacity is 6.

Smoking and vaping not allowed on the property.

Parking. The driveway and garage are both yours, with room for up to three vehicles. We just ask that you keep the street clear for our neighbors.

Pool heat. The spa is heated year-round at no extra charge. Heating the pool is optional, costs $75 per night and applies to every night of the booking, and needs at least 48 hours notice before check-in.

EV charging. There is a Level 2 plug in the garage, free to use. Please bring your own cable.

Check-in and check-out. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM.

House rules. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation, with no extra visitors without approval. The primary guest must be at least 25 and present for the stay. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. No parties or large gatherings. Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance; service animals are welcome as required by law. The home is not wheelchair accessible.

Good to know. Please keep the thermostat at 70°F or higher; it protects the air conditioning in the summer heat. We may ask for a government photo ID to verify the reservation, and reservations can't be made on someone else's behalf without our approval. Direct bookings are paid in full at the time of booking. There is no security deposit; damage beyond normal wear and tear is billed after the stay and due within 10 business days. We may enter the home for needed maintenance, or if we reasonably believe there is damage. Pool heat can't guarantee an exact temperature, since weather affects it. Refunds aren't given for a broken appliance, pool, or hot tub, or for power or water outages, though we always work to fix problems quickly.

The layout works well for families, couples, or small groups, with easy access to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale, WestWorld, and major events. Old Town Scottsdale and Mayo Clinic are a short drive away.

The property is professionally maintained and operated in accordance with local short-term rental guidelines.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the home, including the backyard, pool, spa, and garage.

The garage may be used for parking, and a Level 2 EV charging outlet is available free of charge.

A small number of storage and utility areas are secured for owner use.

Pool heating is optional and should be arranged prior to arrival.
