In the evening, the setting shifts—spa lights on, the air cooling, and the fire pit becoming the natural place to gather. The spa is heated to around 101°F year-round, and the outdoor TV makes it easy to settle in for the night without leaving the space.
Inside, the home is clean, open, and functional. The living area is comfortable for gathering, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meals simple, whether you’re cooking or keeping things casual. Fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs are available throughout.
The layout comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it a good fit for families or small groups. Each space is designed to feel quiet and restful.
Located in a quiet neighborhood near Kierland Commons, you’ll be minutes from Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale, and WestWorld. Old Town Scottsdale is about 15–20 minutes away, with easy access to dining, golf, Spring Training, and day trips like Sedona.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee if you’d like a warmer daytime swim. The spa is always heated and ready to use. EV charging is available upon request.
This home is best suited for guests seeking a calm, well-maintained environment. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, making it ideal for a relaxed and respectful stay.
